Three Bears Pastry

Chef Oyl obtained diploma in pastry from Le Cordon Bleu Dusit, guaranteed with award which were 3 bears from being the first of the class and from being the intern at Le Cordon Bleu Dusit resulting in the café name called “Three Bears Pastry”.

Three grizzly bears have been designed and symmetrically placed. Though the grizzly bears are perceived as strong and big animals, the design has softened such character by making the grizzly bears look more friendly, approachable and modern as well as attentive to the details. These have been used to represent the home bake café style.

The interior design is mixed between modern and homey features resulting from wood and antique tile materials. The navy blue, the brand’s identity color is also perfectly used for the interior design. Three bears pastry aims to be community café for everyone. People living around Bangkok’s suburban zone can also taste the freshly made dishes and bakery with the premium quality at the affordable price.
